END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Important: Read this agreement carefully before using the software.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using this software, you agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 "Software" refers to all applications managed and designed by ResQcontrol BV, including updates, upgrades, documentation, and related materials.
1.2 "Licensor" refers to ResQcontrol BV.
1.3 "User" refers to the person or entity accepting this license.
2. LICENSE GRANT
2.1 Under this agreement, the Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software under the terms described herein.
2.2 The license is intended exclusively for professional use.
3. RESTRICTIONS
3.1 The User may not:
a) Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the Software;
b) Distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense it;
c) Use it for illegal or unethical purposes.
3.2 Failure to comply with these restrictions may result in immediate termination of the license.
4. OWNERSHIP RIGHTS
The Software and all associated intellectual property rights remain the property of the Licensor. This agreement does not grant the User ownership of the software.
5. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
5.1 The software is provided "as is" without explicit or implied warranties.
5.2 The Licensor is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.
6. PRIVACY AND DATA PROCESSING
6.1 The software may collect personal data as described in the Licensor's Privacy Policy.
6.2 By agreeing to this license, the User consents to data processing as described.
7. DURATION AND TERMINATION
7.1 This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either the Licensor or the User.
7.2 The Licensor may terminate the agreement immediately if the User violates its terms.
8. APPLICABLE LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes shall be handled by the competent court in Antwerp.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the software, the User confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
